The 2016 Turkey Bowl at Stockton Speedway was a highly competitive weekend of great racing! After getting great passing points through the heat and qualifier races on Friday night, Jake went into Saturday night as the points leader. Through the pole shuffle Jake came out getting outside pole for the start of the 16th annual Turkey Bowl. After dropping back to fourth Jake overcame the cars in front and lap traffic to take 2nd place at the finish line.
Friday night Jake took part in the Race of Champions as he was the 2014 Turkey Bowl Restricted class champion. He fought hard to take the lead but ended with 2nd place in the 25 lap main event. Overall it was an exciting weekend with tough competition.
