As you aware, Jake was involved in a racing accident on September 26, 2015 at Plaza Park Raceway. Due to the injuries, Jake unable to attend the California Cup at Lemoore Raceway in October and the Turkey Bowl at Delta Speedway in Stockton, CA on October 23 - 24th. He was hoping to compete in the Super 600 class and win back to back titles as he won at this event last year in his restricted 600 class. Thursday, March 17 is the start of the season with the World of Outlaw prerace at Delta Speedway in Stockton, CA. Jake looks forward to getting back behind the wheel of the CS9 7p micro with K&N Filters, Lucas Oil, Simpson, Hoosier Tires, Buchanan Auto Electric, Seros Race Engines, and Rago & Sons all onboard for another great season.

Jake made his first appearance at the Clay Cup Nationals in Deming Washington and won the Friday night main event! The event is three nights all leading up to the Saturday night finale, the most points means a better starting position for the Saturday night main event. The 2016 Turkey Bowl at Stockton Speedway was a highly competitive weekend of great racing! After getting great passing points through the heat and qualifier races on Friday night, Jake went into Saturday night as the points leader. Through the pole shuffle Jake came out getting outside pole for the start of the 16th annual Turkey Bowl. The middle of July means traveling up north to The Clay Cup Nationals! Its always good to return to the state of Washington for this awesome event. Jake won the title in 2018, finished second in 2019 and backed it up again, with a strong second place finish. Deming Speedway holds a special place for Jake.
